Hello friends. We are negotiating a lease on an old, old, Tucson Guest Ranch. The property is nestled in a mesquite forrest. If you want to beat the heat stay in the mesquite The forrest is TEAMING with birds, two kinds of Cardinals, Numerous species of raptors, roadrunners, mulitple species of hummingbirds, chipmonks, jackrabbits, javelina ,three different kinds of squirrels, and of course Coyotes to sing you to sleep. It is truly a nature lovers paradise. There are 16 cottages, each with full kitchens, fireplaces and private, fenced back yards where you can sit and enjoy the quiet and nature. If you want to bring your horses there are corrals that can be rented, and hundreds of miles of trails starting just 100 yards away in the Tanque Verde Wash.

One of my favorite things is the proximity to the Tanque Verde Wash. It is an old dry, for the most part, river bed that is great for hiking and riding. You can go for miles and miles. We are just a 5 minute drive to the Saguaro National Monument where there are hundreds of miles of hiking. If you want a great AFFORDABLE Tucson Guest Ranch experience, this is the place to stay.

If you are looking for an all inclusive guest ranch with all the meals and horseback rides, and etc.included in the price then this is not for you. You will be paying close to $ 400 a night. We provide a nice little cottage with full kitchen, and private back patio, in an AMAZING setting for a GREAT price. If you want us to arrange horseback rides, tours, catered meals, etc, we have a huge menu of services available, so just let us know what you want.

Rates will be between $ 85 and $ 150 per night depending upon dates of stay, length of stay, number of people, etc.
