Robbs Ribbs Named on of the top 10 barbecues in the west, and Best
Barbecue in New Mexico, by Sunset Magazine.
Southwestern Barbeque At Robb's Ribbs, Santa Fe, New Mexico
There are thousands of ways to barbeque. Lightning probably provided
the first taste of barbeque to the cavemen. Great barbeque depends on three
things: The meat, the sauce, and the fire.
The meat is the easy part. At Robb's Ribbs we buy only the highest quality meats
available.
The sauce
is a more important part of the secret. My Original Barbeque Sauce is result
of years of experimenting. I also make a sauce that is much hotter; I add habanero chilies. This sauce has won "The Best BBQ" sauce award at the
National Fiery Foods Show, twice.
Coming Soon! Robb's Ribbs St. Louis Style Pork Spare Ribs. The third part of
the secret to great barbeque is the part that is the least understood...the
fire. The type of wood used to smoke
the meat dramatically affects how the flavors of the meats and sauce work
together. I have experimented with many different woods. Each wood and sauce
combination tastes differently.
